Privacy notice

This explains what we ask for when you fill out the proposal form, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible

Cliché Premium Photo Booth, based in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. For anything about this notice, write to [email protected].

What we ask for

We do not ask for financial details or ID to send you a proposal. If you go ahead and book, anything needed for invoicing is agreed separately.

What we use it for

Nothing else. We do not send marketing or newsletters, and we never sell or share your information. The only thing that leaves this site is described below under cookies, and only if you accept it.

Cookies and advertising

If you accept cookies, a Meta measurement tool loads — the Facebook and Instagram pixel — which records that you visited this page. It is used to know how many people visit us and, later on, to show you our ads on Facebook or Instagram.

If you decline, that tool does not load. This is not a courtesy notice: until you click accept, nothing runs and Meta receives nothing. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

That tool does not see your name, your email or anything you type into the form. Only that someone using your browser was here.

Who else sees it

Only what it takes to run the site. Your proposal email goes out through an email delivery provider, and the site sits with a hosting service; both handle the information only so that works. Beyond that, your details stay here.

How long we keep it

While your request is still live, and if you booked, for as long as the law requires records of a service to be kept. After that, it is deleted.

How to correct or delete it

Write to [email protected] from the same address you contacted us with, and say what you want: to see it, correct it, delete it, or have us stop using it. You do not have to explain why. We reply and we do it.

Changes

If anything changes, it is published here with its date. We do not announce it by email, because we do not use your email for that.
